Just as any other human on this planet I have cravings for sweet things. Usually I am not the one to go for the sugary goods, but last night I need something to satisfy a sudden urge. Here is the thing though – I try to eat healthy and I have gathered that I can make pretty much anything using oat bran. This makes the dish 50% healthier right away. Plus some other better alternatives and voila – HEALTIER OAT BRAN COOKIES WITH BLUBBERYS AND RASBERRYS and a great healthy snack!
Just to give you some information about the oat bran I will copy and paste some of the information I gave you about them in this post where I made delicious white cheese cookies for you.
So here is what I learned about the Oat Bran:
It’s super simple. Just put everything into a big bowl. Mix it all together into a dough consistancy. Your hands have to be a little wet to roll the cookies. Put them on a baking sheet and flatten them a bit. After that you bake until they get golden. It usually takes me about 15 – 20 minutes in a 250 degree but keep an eye on them just in case. They burn very quickly.
